We will create a personal calendar for you and anyone else that you assist with their time. We will stay in contact with you through each appointment to ensure that you are aware and prepared for each appointment. We will maintain on our own, or show you how to maintain the calendar yourself-which ever works best for you.

We can create and assist you in maintaining your personal budget. We can create a spreadsheet and can help you plan your goals.

We can get you back on track. Sometimes life has a way of grabbing a hold of us and taking us in a different direction than we intended to go. If you have found yourself going off-track but are unsure how to back into the flow; allow CAP to help. We will create and implement a plan to get you back where you were.
